We've been hearing from a Niall Horan fan who got the chance to duet with the star on Saturday night.

Isla McDonald was plucked from the crowd at Aberdeen's P&J Live on Saturday night and handed a mic.

She sang 'You Could Start A Cult', a song of Niall's latest album.

Irish Horan, a former One Direction member, has shared video clips of their performance online saying "give it up for Isla".

Their moment has now gone viral.

Speaking to Claire and Pete on Original106 this morning Isla, who is also a singer, said: "I can't thank people enough for their kindness.

"Everyone has been saying such lovely things and being so supportive.

"I don't think I've stopped crying.

"It's all I've ever wanted to do.

"I don't have a lot of belief in myself but him taking that chance, it's almost given me a bit of fire in my belly."

She describes the moment as a dream come true, adding: "It meant to much to me.

"I lost my grandma in March and I just felt like she was just there, I felt like it was meant to happen in Aberdeen.

"It was just amazing."

Posting the clip on her own social media pages she says "what in the world has just happened to me".

Niall was playing one show in Aberdeen as part of his The Show: Live on Tour concerts.
