Police say two house break-ins in Aberdeen could be linked

Break ins at two properties in Aberdeen could be linked.

They happened on St Crispin’s Road in Newtonhill sometime between June 16 and 30.

Witnesses or those with camera footage and being asked to come forward.

Detective Sergeant Erika Griffiths said: “These incidents are being treated as linked and we are appealing to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area.

“In particular, we are keen to speak to anyone who may have been driving in the area and have dash-cam footage that could assist, as well as anyone with private CCTV footage.”

Anyone who can help is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident numbers 2374 and 2053 of 30 June. Alternatively, information can be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
